Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made for Villa Napalai. By confirming your reservation, you agree to comply with the policies outlined below to ensure a peaceful and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Booking & Payment
A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your requested dates. The remaining balance, including the security deposit, must be settled at least 30 days prior to arrival. Payments are accepted via bank wire transfer unless otherwise agreed.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 60 days before arrival will receive a full refund minus administrative fees. Cancellations between 30 and 60 days before arrival will forfeit the 50% deposit. No refunds are provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in.
House Rules
Out of respect for our local community, we maintain quiet hours between 12:00 AM and 8:00 AM. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. Pets are not allowed unless prior written consent has been granted. We ask that guests treat the villa and its lush surroundings with care.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, Check-out is by 12:00 midday on your day of departure. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible depending on availability and may be subject to additional fees.
Damage & Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit of 10,000 THB is required upon booking. This deposit will be returned in full within 7 days of check-out, provided no significant damage to the property or missing items are identified during the post-stay inspection.
Liability & Legal
Villa Napalai shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, losses, or expenses incurred by guests during their stay, including those arising from the use of villa facilities, pool, or steam room. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the security of their personal belongings. We strongly recommend all guests obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to arrival. All bookings are subject to the laws of Thailand, and any disputes shall be settled within the local jurisdiction. By confirming a booking, guests acknowledge and accept all terms, conditions, and house rules as stated in the registration agreement.
